Bought my Compac Picnic Cat sailboat used three years ago. Over this past winter I had the boat rerigged. When I attempted to raise the sail for my first sail this year I damaged some parts. When I took the boat back to John, he could not have been more helpful. He ordered the parts from the factory, replaced the parts (no easy job), and returned the boat to me in less the 24 hours! He also spent time with me and showed me how to avoid damaging the sail in the future.
